Welcome to the
The Scandinavian Health Method:
Abundance Year
Your year to live stronger, calmer, and more fully - the Nordic way.
Are you a woman who’s got a full life but feels like your energy and spark packed their bags and left months ago?
Now you look at your days and think:
“This can’t be it. I’m doing all the things… but still I’m frigging depleated.”
And it feels like you’ve tried it all, gym memberships, yoga videos, tracking apps, all the “shoulds.”
“I should eat better.”
“I should move more.”
“I should really figure out how to stress less…”
And yet — you’re still running on low.
No one feels you more than me. I’ve been there.
For years, I was the queen of “effective as hell” – ticking boxes, getting it all done – but always at the cost of my own well-being.
I was living fast, but not living well.
The turning point?
I reconnected to the Scandinavian way of living I grew up with – simplicity, daily movement that fits into life, seasonal rhythms that keep you grounded, food that actually nourishes, real rest, and little pockets of joy like fika that make life feel good while you’re living it.
And now I’ve created a way for you to do the same – wherever you live.
Scandinavian Health Method is my 12-month program that takes you season by season, building the habits and routines that will:
✔️ Give you more energy for the things you love
✔️ Make your body stronger and more resilient — without punishing workouts
✔️ Bring calm and clarity into your day (yes, even on the busy ones)
✔️ Help you actually enjoy taking care of yourself again
✔️ Give you the foundation to create abundance in your health, relationships, and life
But let’s make one thing clear – this isn’t about doing everything at once or chasing perfection.
It’s about learning the simple, powerful Scandinavian habits that actually stick – so you can find new ways and new rituals for your own life.
If you’re ready to stop running on empty and start living with strength, balance, and joy – the Nordic way -this is your year.

The 8 Pillars of Your Scandinavian Health Year
Each season, you’ll be introduced to transformative Scandinavian lifestyle concepts designed to bring more balance, ease, and joy into your life. Through engaging activities, you’ll explore how these ideas can fit seamlessly into your routine and create a personalized plan to make them your own.

Mindset & Resilience
Develop a growth mindset, break free from limiting beliefs, and build emotional resilience to handle life’s challenges with ease.
Embrace a slower pace to reflect, reset, and respond with clarity.
Why? Because your thoughts shape your reality – building a resilient, clear mind helps you navigate life without stress taking over.

Food & Cooking
Discover simple, balanced Nordic-inspired meals that nourish your body and mind, focusing on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Learn to slow down and savor your meals with presence, embracing the Scandinavian tradition of mindful eating.
Why? Eating with the seasons improves energy, boosts immunity, and turns everyday meals into a source of joy and connection.

Movement & Everyday Activity
Embrace vardagsmotion (everyday movement) and learn how functional, mindful movement can bring energy and flow into your life. Discover the benefits of moving intuitively rather than pushing through intensity.
Why? Moving your body consistently in sustainable ways builds strength, supports longevity, and keeps energy steady all day.

Fika & the Art of Pause
Explore the art of fika—mindful breaks that nurture connection, relaxation, and joy in your daily routine. Learn how intentional pauses throughout the day can increase productivity, creativity, and well-being.
Why? Pausing intentionally helps your nervous system reset, improving focus, creativity, and overall health.

Nature Connection
Reconnect with the outdoors through friluftsliv (open-air living) to restore your energy and boost well-being. Slow down to notice the changing seasons, feel the sun on your face, and listen to the sounds of nature as part of your daily rhythm.
Why? Time in nature lowers stress hormones, improves mood, and reconnects you to what really matters.

Decluttering & Simplifying
Create space mentally, physically, and emotionally by embracing Scandinavian minimalism and letting go of what no longer serves you. Experience the ease and lightness that comes from simplifying your surroundings and your schedule.
Why? Less clutter means less stress, creating space helps you focus, breathe, and enjoy life more calmly.

Hands-On Living
Reconnect with your creativity and presence through tactile, practical activities -from cooking and gardening to crafting and writing -that engage your senses and slow your pace.
Why? Using your hands is proven to reduce stress, sharpen focus, and bring you back into the moment.

Voice and Breath
Use breathwork, sound, and gentle self-expression to release tension, improve energy, and feel more grounded in both body and mind.
Why? Harnessing your voice and breath helps regulate the nervous system, boost confidence, and deepen your connection to yourself.

Did you know about ...

Saturday Candy
In Sweden, we grow up with the concept of lördagsgodis—Saturday candy—where sweets are reserved for one special day of the week. It comes from a cultural shift in the 1950s when health authorities encouraged limiting sugar consumption to protect dental health. Over time, it became a beloved tradition, teaching moderation rather than restriction.

Hygge
Though deeply rooted in Danish culture, hygge is a key part of Scandinavian well-being as a whole, emphasizing the importance of slowing down, being present, and finding joy in the little things

The Right To Roam
In Sweden and Norway, allemansrätten gives everyone the right to explore nature freely, as long as they respect the land. This deep-rooted access to forests, lakes, and mountains strengthens the Scandinavian connection to outdoor living and friluftsliv.
