The Yoga Flow Queen Method is based on those exact things. It’s your personal online yoga platform, where you will get full support every week.

At Yoga Flow Queen, we believe that feeling amazing after 40 isn’t just possible- it’s your new standard.
This membership is built on three powerful pillars that support your whole self: body, mind, and energy. Whether you’re here to move more, feel better, or reconnect with yourself, these pillars guide everything we do.

Move
Movement is the foundation of a strong, energized body -especially after 40. In YFQ, we focus on smart, effective movement through yoga, strength training, and Pilates to support your joints, muscles, and overall vitality. These flows are designed to help you feel powerful, capable, and confident in your body – without burnout or extremes.

Recharge
Your nervous system needs just as much love as your muscles. With guided breathwork, restorative yoga, meditation, and Yoga Nidra, the Recharge pillar helps you reset, reduce stress, and rebalance hormones.
It’s your space to slow down, reconnect, and give your body the recovery it truly needs.

Thrive
Thriving means more than just getting through the day – it means showing up fully as the woman you are.
Through movement, mindset support, and gentle challenges, you’ll rebuild confidence, cultivate self-love, and feel a deeper sense of joy and freedom.
This pillar is where your growth truly comes to life, inside and out.
How it works
The classes are 20-30 minuts long, but still a great workout, you get a weekly schedule and you set a goal every week for yourself – this is done in the group to hold yourself accountable to your goals.
You do the classes, you post in the Facebook group and you enjoy the cheers from the others. And you get inspired, motivated and excited when you see their posts and journeys.
And you have fun!
If you don’t like it, you’re not going to do it, that’s how it is. So enjoy the process, have fun with the challenges and smile!

Consistency
In Yoga Flow Queen it’s easy to stay consistent! Every week you get a schedule of 3 Main Yoga Classes, 1 Strength Class and 1 meditation or Yoga Nidra to do during the week
And every month offers a challenge, and there’s also other challenges like Learn Handstand, Journey to Splits, 10-Day Tone-Up, Morning Yoga Challenge and many more

If you don’t’ enjoy your workout you won’t do it. That’s just how it is.
Vinyasa Flow is amazing like that, not one class is like the other, and there’s always more to explore, and new things to learn.

If you want to browse – there are hundreds of classes to enjoy
You can join one of the many challenges
You can start to follow the weekly schedule which provides you with 3 Yoga Classes, 1 Strength class and 1 Meditation/Yoga Nidra every week
- Weekly Schedule - 3 Yoga classes/week: 20-30 minute/ day, perfectly curated throughout the week to keep you inspired and moving
- New Class every 2 weeks - Something new to look forward to
- Schedule with 4 extra classes each week if you want do do yoga every day

I love Flow Yoga, but i also know we need a variety of movement to stay fit, happy and healthy. That’s why I’ve added several types of movement in the app!

Flow Yoga
Alright, let’s rewrite everything you believe about yoga. The static holds, your thoughts constantly moving to what’s for dinner or that annoying email, the getting bored. This is FLOW. It’s rhythmic, pulsating, complex and requires your full attention. The poses are familiar, but the focus required is new. Your mind will be here, your joints will be happy and you will feel like a queen flowing from pose to pose with strength and grace.

Soft Flows & Yin
You can do these workouts every day, You will get sore, but never in a way that stops you from rolling out the mat the next day too. Soft flows and Yin Yoga are for days with other workouts, overly busy days at work, when you feel weak and tired. Then soft flows will carry you, wrap you in like a blanket. They will center you in your body and make you feel like yourself again.

Strength Workouts
Muscle is medicine. Nothing will protect you more, keep you healthier and happier than having muscle. They eat energy, boost your immune system and are your best friends! In yoga we can never get a pull action - that’s why we add resistance training with weights to our practice. To stay balanced, strong and fierce!

Meditation & Yoga Nidra
I dare to promise one thing - you will never regret that you started a meditation practice. Knowing yourself is the only way to become the best and most successful version of you, and start taking serious action towards your dream life. Meditation is a great way to start that journey.

Pilates
Our Pilates classes help you build deep core strength, support your joints, and move with control. A perfect complement to yoga, Pilates brings balance, precision, and lasting strength to your practice.

Programs & Courses
There's no better way to learn than in your own pace, with a good teacher! In the Yoga Flow Queen app you find everything from handstand programs to how you with small adjustments will grow your practice.
