Yes, yes, we’ve all been there – feeling stuck in our health journey, or just constantly falling out of our healthy habit as soon as life comes in between.

Or just getting too busy for that matter, and two weeks pass until we remember we had a health thing going 😆

It IS hard, and you’re not alone – but I’m here to tell you that there are some key principles you’re missing when trying to be healthy.

If you’re somewhere around 35 and up, you grew up learning that health is about being skinny, dieting, and doing cardio. Period.

And even if you think that’s not what you believe, I’m not sure your unconscious self agrees. 

Well. It’s time we rewrite that.

To be HOLISTICALLY healthy there are plenty of things you need to do, but good thing is that once you’ve learned them – it’s going to be easy.

This is what you need to do

  1. You need to work on yourself. Identify your habits, limiting beliefs, what forms your identity, your mindset. THIS is not an option.
  2. You need to understand how your body works, what happens when it’s aging, what’s going on with your hormones and what can you do about it
  3. You need to get to know your gut. I bet you don’t know how important your gut health is for your weight and overall wellbeing.
  4. You have to learn, understand and implement the science behind creating habits, how they are linked to nr 1 and what you need to to to break old patterns.
  5. You need to take care of your sleep and your stress. There are tools, you just need to to find the perfect ones for you.
  6. And of course you need to move your body in a mindful way that builds strength, flexibility, promotes mind-body connection and stimulates muscle growth (because muscle and movement is medicine, let’s just make that clear)
