This program is not another diet or fitness plan, designed for 20-something women. It’s a program that cover the FULL SPECTRUM of what’s going on in your body (or will be going on soon).

  • I work from your identity and out, shifting what you believe about yourself, reseting your nervous system and rewire your mindset around your health, body and mind.
  • I’m no fuss. There will be no rest days. We move every day because if you want to do this, you need to be consistent. Movement has to be like brushing your teeth, you just DO IT (Nike does have the best slogan…) It doesn’t mean intense movement every day, but there will be movement.
  • You’re going to lift weights. It will not make you bulky and looking like a man. It will however save your bones and keep your metabolism working well.
  • There will be no pushing too hard. I love a strong workout, but I don’t like too much intensity that messes with my nervous system. You need different things now, you’ll learn what they are.
  • I will not tell you to slow down. Nothing good ever comes from that, you wont even feel good about it eventually. Yes, you need to recover, yes, you need to workout differently, but you don’t need to slow down because you get older – rather the opposite.
  • You probably need to make shifts in your diet, and I will teach what to eat to fit your hormonal state and your age.
  • Sleep and recovery are going to be your best friends.

It really upsets me seeing the general advice to women over 40, the imagery of being still- as in not moving, the narrative of slowing down.

It’s telling women what the WANT to hear but at the same time doing them a huge disservice.

Yes, midlife women are stressed and hormonal, but just slowing down, replacing your old workouts with restorative practices, or simply rest is NOT the way to go if you want to stay healthy.

EVERY WEEK

Every week, you receive a super easy-to-follow schedule with both workouts, audio files to listen to, fillable PDFs, journaling prompts, and video lessons. 

You will get access to the portal- where video lessons will be hosted, and to the Yoga Flow Queen app where you’ll find all the workouts. 

  • Daily movement – 15- 20 MINUTE WALK/BIKE RIDE
  • Strength training with Kettlebell or Dumbbell 2.3 times/week ~10-15 minutes

Workout at your own level

Are you new to working out? New to strength training and flow yoga? No worries, there will be info videos to watch, and you can choose between two levels of workouts.

Absolutely not. This is not about starving yourself, cutting out all the fun foods, or chasing numbers on the scale. Instead, you’ll learn how to fuel your 40+ body properly – with food that supports your hormones, your muscle, and your energy. It’s a long-term approach.

That’s exactly why I created this program. The workouts are short and effective (10–30 minutes), and you’ll learn how to build habits that fit into your actual life. You don’t need hours at the gym, you need the right strategy, the right consistency, and guidance.

Yes, this program is specifically created for women 40+ who want to avoid midlife weight gain. Our bodies change after 40, and so should the way we train, eat, and recover. That’s the focus here.

Not much. A yoga mat, light weights (dumbbells or kettlebells), and resistance bands are perfect. If you don’t have them yet, don’t worry – I’ll give you alternatives to start with.
